"Debatably Portland's best chess meetup! 15 chess sets provided for play. Bring a clock if you have one. Always good hangs with new and familiar faces. We have a great selection of award-winning beer, cider, wine, and lots of Non-Alcoholic options! All ages and all skill levels are welcome.

We’re bringing together 15 wicked local vendors for an evening packed with spooky vibes, hauntingly good finds, and fun for all ages. Sip on tasty beers on tap while you explore, get inspired, and celebrate the season.
Beyond incredible shopping, the event features flash tattoos by Double Gem Tattoos, face painting, prizes, and an all-ages Witch Costume Contest that’s completely free to enter! Freshtoberfest
Hey, hey! Join us the last weekend of September for our annual Freshtoberfest, it’s gonna be a blast!
We’ll be celebrating the release of Benjamin June, this year’s festbier, along with a ton of our fresh hop beers! There will be seven celebratory beers along with food specials from @nosabopdx for the weekend. We’ll also have the cutest little glass dimple mugs to take home for just $6, or get one pour of Festbier or fresh hop beer and the dimple mug for $10.
Beer and food specials begin on Friday evening, then on Saturday from 1-6pm we’ll have stein holding competitions, hammerschlagen, and guest DJ’s. Sunday we will have all fresh hop beers for just $7 bucks a pint! Feel free to dress for the occasion, lederhosen and dirndls are encouraged!

Portland Fun Run
It’s pretty simple - these folks like to run and have fun!
Meet at Living Häus at 7:00, and go for a run at 7:05, and then meet back at the bar to hang out!
On occasion you can also find them running local races together or organizing weekend running events.
If you’re looking to meet new people, explore the city, and get a good run in, Portland Fun Run is the group for you!
4th Anniversary parties!
To celebrate our 4th anniversary, we’re throwing a couple parties over the last weekend of July in our tasting room. Check out what we have in store for you all below.
Friday, July 24th, we’ll be releasing all four of our anniversary beers, hosting a pop up tattoo party with our friends @shelbypike.tattoos @alishafuziart @yaoipaintu our buddy @djatm will be spinning cumbia, funk, and hip hop vinyl for us later in the evening, and we’ll have pizza specials from our OG pal @whitspizzapies .
Saturday, July 26th, we’re bringing in beers from 14 of our favorite brewery buds that will be on draft all day, we’re tapping a cask of Jack Burton that we dosed with hand toasted oak chips, DJ sets from some of our brewer pals, and pizza specials from our OG pal Whit’s Pizza Pies.

All-Female Author Signing: Meet and chat with a lineup of incredible local authors.
Silent Auction: Bid on unique items, with a percentage of all proceeds going directly to The Gateway Center for domestic violence services.
Tattoos by Marena: Grab some new ink! Marena will be doing walk-up tattoos from her flash sheets for $40–$60, and 100% of the tattoo proceeds will be donated to local domestic violence resources.
Portland Brewery Run
What is the Portland brewery run, you might ask? I’ll start by saying it’s going to be a lot of fun and you don’t want to miss it. We’ll do some running, we’ll do some beer drinking, we’ll hang out with our friends, and we’ll raise money for the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition, who is helping immigrants in Portland fight against the constant attack on their rights.
For our inaugural event we're going to start at Threshold Brewing & Blending. You can expect to run 10 or so miles and stop at 7 breweries. We’ll start at 12pm on 5/2 and it will probably take us 6-7 hours. We’ll chat along the way and have a generally really great time.

Portland Paints at Living Häus
Join us for an evening of creativity! Snag a ticket from Portland Paints ahead of time, or join in if they still have room.
This month we will be painting terracotta pots just in time to get those herbs planted!
All paints, pots and even a started plant will be provided, but don’t forget to order beer and food to help fuel your creativity!
Lost & Bound Mobile Books!
Join us as we welcome Lost & Bound, a women-owned mobile bookstore, to the brewery!
They will be rolling up in our loading dock for you to find the perfect book to go with our tasty brews!
