Inspired by our favorite Czech dark lagers, but with all German ingredients. 100% Spalter Select hops with Bamberger and Schuema Pils, Bamberger Munich, carabohemian, chocolate and carafa special III malts. Triple decocted for maximum body and crushability.

Brewed with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Chinook, Simcoe Hyperboost, and love. Our standard malt bill of pilsner and 2 row with a dash of white wheat. Totally bad ass.
7/24 - FLORENCE | DRAFT & TO-GO
4TH ANNIVERSARY WEST COAST IPA•7.1% ABV
Brewed with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Krush Cryo, Nectaron, Eggers Nelson, Audacia, Maiu Nelson Hop Kief, and good friends. Same malt bill as Marko, but with a ridiculour amount of all these hops. Should blow hearts and minds.

4TH ANNIVERSARY OAT PALE ALE•5.5% ABV
Brewed with Chinook, Citra, Krush, Luminosa, and Tradition hops. Best served on the river in Budapaest. Pilsner malt based with a blend of spelt, golden naked oats, and flaked oats. Fluffy and juicy, highly intoxicating.

DOLORES | DRAFT & TO-GO
PILSNER•4.8% ABV
Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.
HARRIS | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

RIVER LAGER•4.3% ABV
We’re getting ready for floating season, and this one is perfect for soaking up some rays and cruising down the Clackamas. A light lager base, touched with Mosaic hops, brings out some juicy and berry overtones that should keep you cool this summer.
BRU| DRAFT & TO-GO
AMERICAN IPA•6.8% ABV
Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, Idaho 7, Mosaic, Mosaic Dynaboost, and Nelson Amplifire oils are carefully layered over a bed of pilsner, 2 row, and white wheat malts making this IPA bring forward notes of white grape, blueberry, pink grapefruit, and hints of tangy sauv blanc. Named for Mat & Missy’s beloved pup (Happy 10th , Bru!).
COUSIN SHANNON | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.0% ABV
We blended 2 row, pilsner, and Vienna malts with just a skoch of flaked oats for this one. It's a West Coast type of beer for sure. Simcoe, Mosaic, and Centennial make up the bulk of the hops in this beer with just a little Idaho 7 on the hot side for a tropical punch to start. In the end we have mandarin orange, mango, a touch of resinous pine, and a little candied citrus in this one.
JOSE | DRAFT & TO-GO
NOBLE IPA•6.5% ABV
With Arianna Hops, selected at Hollingberry Hop Suppliers in Germany, this Noble Hop IPA presents a touch of classic floral and herbal notes while bursting with guava, passionfruit, and dark fruit. Paired with Strata and Citra, it gives off tropical aromas, a nice fruit juice middle, and a mellow cannabis finish. Named for our bud, Joe.

MARKO | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.6% ABV
This little guy has a malt bill of pilsner and floor malted pilsner with a dash of wheat malt that will drink dry, but not too thin. We added Idaho 7 to the boil, then some Amarillo and more Idaho 7 hops to the whirlpool. The dry hop was mostly Comet and then two samller addition of Amarillo and Idaho 7. Super candied orange and juicy peach notes.
MR. MERCURY | TO-GO
BOHEMIAN PILSNER•4.9% ABV
We couldn’t get more traditional if we tried, and we did with this beer! This pilsner has a biscuity and bready malt profile that is balanced by the noble hop aroma of only the finest Saaz hops. A rigorous decoction process gives this beer it's unique flavor profile.
RANDALL | DRAFT
PALE ALE•5.6% ABV
Our new Pale Ale starts with a blend of American grown pale malts to give a little backbone to the body of the beer. Then we layered in Krush, Idaho 7 and Citra for bright notes of mango and lime upfront with a bit of pine and dank weed in the background.
