FRUITED BERLINER•5.5% ABV

This tart and refreshing Berliner-style ale is brewed with pilsner malt, f laked and malted wheat. We added so much dang peach, cara cara orange & guava puree, you almost couldn't believe it. The resulting beer is a bright and acidic sour ale bursting with those wonderful, fruit flavors.

BABI | DRAFT & TO-GO
CZECH DARK LAGER•4.2% ABV

Babi is a Czech Dark Lager, or Černé Pivo as the Czech say. Pilsner, Vienna, and a little roasted malts were decocted in the mash to provide more malt depth. We then hopped this beer with only the finest Czech saaz and the results showcase notes of cracker, roast, and cola with a spicy saaz aroma.

BUMBLE | DRAFT & TO-GO
EXPORT STOUT•6.6% ABV

I think it’s really winter now, so we made this beer just for the impending cozy couch time awaiting us all. This hefty stout was appropriately dosed with 20 lbs of Puff Coffee, 40 lbs of hand toasted cacao nibs, a smidge of cinammon flakes, Papau New Guinea vanilla beans and French and American oak chips. Big aromas of fresh coffee and underlying cinnamon with a silky milk chocolate finish.

CRETCHER | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST PILSNER•5.2% ABV

We have here a delicous little hoppy beer with a base of German pilsner and spelt malts layered over a ridiculous blend of American hops. Crystal, Willamette, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Nelson, Strata CGX and Mosaic Abstrax give us everything from red berry and grape juice notes to hints of mango, lemon lime, and a top note of sweet ganja.

CLASSIC LAGER•4.5% ABV

This easy drinking American lager beer has pilsner and Vienna malt along with US grown Tettnang and Willamette hops. Soft white bread f lavors are complimented by the soft spice and honeysuckle aromas. It's a light spring lager meant for fun times and fun friends.an and Slovenian hops. Light, floral, and endlessly drinkable. For the Bards!

MR. FEENY | DRAFT & TO-GO
DARK MILD•3.5% ABV

English pale malt, a little pale chocolate and a blend of light and dark crystal malts give this beer complex layers of toffee, caramel, toasted bread, and delicate roasty notes. We are so pumped to make these delicate little bangers every now and then. Enjoy.

NISU | DRAFT & TO-GO
PNW PALE ALE•5.8% ABV

Collab with BRUJOS, RUSE, & SUNRIVER

This Oregon collab was brewed with our pals from Brujos, Ruse and Sunriver. Nisu has a lovely golden hue and a fluffy off white head of foam on it. Big notes of strawberry lime aid and sticky icky purple stuff are balanced by a big orange marmalade and red berry flavor in the finish. Isn't that inviting?

PATTY LOU | TO-GO
HAZY IPA•6.9% ABV

Collab with HUMAN PEOPLE

Our pals from Seattle worked on this hazy boy with us cause once a year, we try something new here. A simple malt bill of pilsner and chit malt give this beer a soft and  full bodied beer with big creamsicle vibes. That pairs wonderfully with the orange whip and soft peach notes of the Luminosa hops we are adding to this beer. Citra, Tim and Andrews favorite hop, adds more candied grapefruit flavors that we think work great for the style

RED | DRAFT & TO-GO
CZECH AMBER LAGER•5.1% ABV

This new lager was brewed with Weyermann’s Czech grown and malted barleys, which we triple decocted for a malt complexity that just cannot be matched. Layers of Czech Saaz and Spalter Select hops give this beer a balanced finish with just the right amount of hop character.

RUBY | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•7.0% ABV

Collab with UPP LIQUIDS

This WC IPA is chock full of our favorite Strata, Krush, and Citra hop pellets along with some experimental Krush hop oil from YCH. Massive pineapple notes can be found in each sniff and sip with touches of yellow peach and ganja underneath. Light an easy drinking, like an IPA should be.

TOBY | DRAFT & TO-GO
MODERN CREAM ALE•4.5% ABV

Kylie and Lynlee created this absolute crusher of a beer, Toby, for the Shebrew Festival. They took a more modern hopping approach with just a skosh of Citra and Amarillo for a light citrus and stonefruit flavor profile. Notes of apricot and lemon balm can be found in the nose with just a hint of dandelion peeking through.
