Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.

WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

AIDA | DRAFT & TO-GO
FRUITED BERLINER•5.5% ABV
This tart and refreshing Berliner-style ale is brewed with pilsner malt, f laked and malted wheat. We added so much dang peach, cara cara orange & guava puree, you almost couldn't believe it. The resulting beer is a bright and acidic sour ale bursting with those wonderful, fruit flavors.

Collab with EVERYWHERE
Our buddies from the wonderful city of Orange have a very similar taste in hops right now, so we shared some of our favorite lots to create Archie, a big ol’ West Coast IPA filled with Citra, Krush, Nelson, and Riwaka! Layering these hops over a pilsner and wheat malt base gives us a light, yet full bodied beer with tons of passionfruit, orange zest, and underlying dank note.
BABI | DRAFT & TO-GO
CZECH DARK LAGER•4.2% ABV
Babi is a Czech Dark Lager, or Černé Pivo as the Czech say. Pilsner, Vienna, and a little roasted malts were decocted in the mash to provide more malt depth. We then hopped this beer with only the finest Czech saaz and the results showcase notes of cracker, roast, and cola with a spicy saaz aroma.

OATMEAL STOUT•4.8% ABV
Our Oatmeal Stout is chock full of delectable specialty malts that give this beer it’s full flavored character. With heaps of flaked oats to crystal, chocolate and kilned coffee malts, this little stout packs a big punch of nutty, creamy, and roasty and toasty flavors and aromas. BETHINE | TO-GO
HELLES•4.5% ABV
Bethine is brewed with our house pilsner and Vienna malts. This beer uses exclusively Spalter Select hops and is more malt accented than our pilsner. It is a fine example of the classic German lagers from the Southern Bavarian region.

riginally brewed for our 2nd anniversary, this Keller Pilsner showcases Bavarian pilsner malt from the Bamberger malt company alongside Slovenian, Czech and German hops. This beer has delicious notes of biscuit, honeysuckle, and light floral undertones.

Using a blend of our processes from ingredient sourcing to hop usage and hop products we came up with a freaking banger. Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, Nelson, Simcoe Hyperboost and Simcoe CO2 extracts over a bed of pilsner, vienna and floor malted pilsner malts should highlight berry and passionfruit notes over a piney finish. Named afetr Ben from breaksides dog.

Our pals from Seattle worked on this hazy boy with us cause once a year, we try something new here. A simple malt bill of pilsner and chit malt give this beer a soft and full bodied beer with big creamsicle vibes. That pairs wonderfully with the orange whip and soft peach notes of the Luminosa hops we are adding to this beer. Citra, Tim and Andrews favorite hop, adds more candied grapefruit flavors that we think work great for the style
PEARL | DRAFT
COFFEE STOUT•6.5% ABV
Collab with STIGBERGETS AND PUFF COFFEE
This Stout was brewed with our friends from Stigbergets Bryggeri out of Gothenburg, Sweden and Puff Coffee just a ways down Belmont Street. Caramel, chocolate and roasted malts meet Mexico El Acido coffee beans and West Papau vanilla beans for a soft and full-bodied beer. Freshly roasted coffee and chocolate up front, with a velvety vanilla finish.

CZECH AMBER LAGER•5.1% ABV
This new lager was brewed with Weyermann’s Czech grown and malted barleys, which we triple decocted for a malt complexity that just cannot be matched. Layers of Czech Saaz and Spalter Select hops give this beer a balanced finish with just the right amount of hop character.
RYAN | DRAFT
AMERICAN IPA•6.8% ABV
Collab with HOLY MOUNTAIN
Colin helped us create this zesty American IPA with loads of Idaho 7, Comet CGX, Nelson, and Citra hops. Big whiffs of pineapple rind and lemon zest give way to sublte tangelo and white grape flavors in the f inish. Enjoyed best with one or two pals by your side.
WINNIE COOPER | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•7.0% ABV
One of our first IPA recipes gets a little update with an addition of Idaho 7 and Krush hops to go along with the Mosaic, Simcoe and Vic Secret. Layers of strawberry, cuties and hints of diesel can be found throughout the aroma with a juicy and jammy finish on this one.
