PILSNER•4.8% ABV
Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.
HARRIS | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

RIVER LAGER•4.3% ABV
We’re getting ready for floating season, and this one is perfect for soaking up some rays and cruising down the Clackamas. A light lager base, touched with Mosaic hops, brings out some juicy and berry overtones that should keep you cool this summer.
BENJAMIN JUNE | DRAFT & TO-GO
FESTBIER•5.2% ABV
This year we gave our festbier a healthy dose of Hallertau Mittlefruh hops along with a touch of Perle for herbal notes of sage and rosemary with sneaky hints of lavendar underneath. Bamberger pilsner and Vienna, along with a dash of Shuema pilsner malt from our favorite Bavarian maltsters provide wonderfully bready and toasty flavors.

NUT BROWN ALE•4.7% ABV
This classic English Nut Brown Ale is here to party. Notes of cocoa, caramel and subtle toffee waft out of the glass while that soft yet chewy body hold it all together. Raise one up for the starman, he deserves a cheers!
CHARLIE | DRAFT
AUTUMN IPA•6.5% ABV
Our IPA brewed for the mellow change in weather and earlier sunsets is loaded with Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra Cryo, Centennial and a little Krush. 2-row and Pale malt along with the tiniest splashes of pale chocolate and carafa special III malts give this beer a wonderful light copper hue and a fluffy tan head. Big pine and ruby red grapefruit notes should be perfect for the fall weather.

FRESH HOP KELLER PILSNER•5.0% ABV
Gayle is a fourth generation hop farmer in the Willamette valley who grows these wonderful Tettnanger hops. This beer highlights the jasmine and meyer lemon aromas found in the nose and layers in flavors of honeysuckle and white grape. Cheers.
JACK BURTON | DRAFT & TO-GO
4TH ANNIVERSARY DARK LAGER•5.2% ABV
Inspired by our favorite Czech dark lagers, but with all German ingredients. 100% Spalter Select hops with Bamberger and Schuema Pils, Bamberger Munich, carabohemian, chocolate and carafa special III malts. Triple decocted for maximum body and crushability.
JUNIOR | DRAFT & TO-GO
MEXICAN DARK LAGER•5.2% ABV
Junior has a blend of Vienna and Pilsner base malts with a little chocolate and carafa special II malts for color and flavor. Then we layered in 100 lbs of masa flour for a soft and light corn flavor addition. Brewed with our friends in the Yakima Valley.

FRESH HOP AMERICAN IPA•6.8% ABV
Our Fresh Hop American IPA features Krush hops, from our buds at Coleman Farms, that burst on the nose with a bright, yet dank, fruit salad. Notes of candied tangerine, a touch of ripe mango, and a soft undertone of berry, make this one dang good beer. Named for our Bartender Dana’s lil’ sister, Manda.
MR. FEENY | DRAFT & TO-GO
ENGLISH DARK MILD•3.2% ABV
Yep, we can make these little heaters too. English pale malt, a little pale chocolate and a blend of light and dark crystal malts give this beer complex layers of toffee, caramel, toasted bread, and delicate roasty notes. Named after our friend Anna's pup.
MS. HOVER | DRAFT & TO-GO
FRESH HOP LAGER•4.5% ABV
Ms. Hover is a crushable American lager with Mt. Hood hops from Coleman Farms. Bright, light, and full of wildflower and white pepper notes. Named after our friend Ivy who organizes all the fresh hops for all us brewers.
PAUL | DRAFT & TO-GO
FRESH HOP PALE ALE•5.6% ABV
This is the first year we've been able to brew with fresh Mosaic from Coleman farms and we're stoked. Blueberry juice, jammy strawberry notes and an underlying piney dankness round out this killer pale ale, Paul, which is named after our bartender Shelbys cat.

FRESH HOP RED ALE•6.3% ABV
The Simcoe hops from Coleman Farms shine through with notes of pine, grapfruit, and black currant which play perfectly with the hints of dark chocolate and tiniest bit of roasty goodness in this deep mahogany brew.
SCULLY | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY PALE ALE•5.5% ABV
Our brewer, Doug, loves Pale Ale so much that he brews his own ever changing series, named Scully. Mosaic, Strata, and Centennial Cryo create a fruit medley of orange peel, lime, and apricot that sit atop a soft and light malt bill of 2 row, pilsner, and just a touch of white wheat.
TOBY | DRAFT & TO-GO
MODERN CREAM ALE•4.5% ABV
The tiniest dry hop of Citra and Amarillo hops top off this Cream Ale that was brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked corn. This gold medal wining beer is a little dank and super citrusy. We named it after Kylies amazingly sweet pup.
