Once again we have teamed up with the mighty Swingin’ Utters from Santa Cruz for a Pilsner inspired from their travels in Europe over the years! HAZY IPA•6.2% ABV
Our brewer Doug has an affinity for Hazy IPA and Mosaic hops. Sounds like the perfect combo to us! Mosaic, Idaho 7, Amarillo, Centennial, Amarillo Abstrax and Mosaic Dynaboost all find their way into this soft bodied beer. Sweet orange juice and pineapple aromas are paired with pink starburst flavors.

PALE ALE•5.8% ABV

This beer is a trusty little pale ale loaded with Chinook, Cascade, and Citra hops. It is light bodied with just enough sweet malt character to balance out the pleasant bitterness you look for in a pale ale. Notes of orange marmalade, grapefruit pith, and inviting pine resin.

PILSNER•4.8% ABV
Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.
HARRIS | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

FRUITED BERLINER•5.5% ABV
This sour Berliner-style ale is brewed with pilsner malt, flaked, and malted wheat. We added so much dang passionfruit and pineapple puree you almost couldn't believe it. The resulting beer is a bright and acidic sour ale bursting with pineapple, guava, and tangelo fruit flavors.

RIVER LAGER•4.3% ABV
When you float the river, you need something to keep you cool and refreshed and Carver is just that. Light, dry, and bursting with fruity aromas and flavors thanks to some small Citra and Callista hop additions.

KOLSCH STYLE ALE•5.0% ABV
Collab with GIGANTIC
This Kolsch uses pilsner malt and a dash of malted wheat for a well rounded mouthfeel. Light additions of Spalter Select and Calista hops add mellow notes of noble hop spice, light citrus, and a hint of currant. It's just plain delicious.
JOYLEEN| DRAFT & TO-GO
HEFEWEIZEN•5.0% ABV
A traditional blend of wheat and pilsner malts were brewed and fermented with a delicate Bavarian Weizen yeast strain to provide a balanced profile of banana fruit and clove spices from the nose to the f inish. Prost!
MAMA NAT | DRAFT & TO-GO
CZECH AMBER LAGER•5.1% ABV
Collab with Great Notion
Our take on this classic style has Bohemian and German malts that were decocted for a rich and toasty malt profile. The Czech Saaz and Kazbek hops balance the malt presence with just enough herbal and spice notes along with a hint of black currant. Na zdravi!

This collaboration with Hetty Alice, Great Notion, Ruse, and the fine folks at Belmont Station is our love letter to Nelson and Amarillo hops. Waves of peach and lychee notes meet bright grapefruit juice and melon fruit flavors, and it's all for you!

SMOKED HELLES•5.1% ABV
Collab with Grand Fir
Grand Fir makes execptional beer, so we are very exctied to have them work on this Smoked Helles with us. Orville is a classic Bavarian Helles with it’s bread doughy nose and lightly spicy hop finish, but gets a little kick of smoke from the oak smoked wheat malt. A chefs kiss, if you will.
REUBEN | DRAFT & TO-GO
SCHWARZBIER•5.1% ABV
Our German style dark lager has a simple blend of pilsner and Munich malts with light touches of roasted malts that result in a deceptively complex blend of flavors sure to please lager beer fans. Mulling spices and hazelnut notes are complemented by the toffee and baker's chocolate flavors in this beer. Enjoy.
