Dolores is our beloved Pilsner beer, brewed in honor of Mat’s Abuelita. This beer has a simple malt bill of Prairie Select pilsner malt which is layered with precise amounts of Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops that give it a bright and complex aromatic profile. Our pilsner is spicy and herbaceous with a hint of citrus underneath.
HARRIS | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.7% ABV
Harris, our West Coast IPA, is respectfully brewed for Conrad’s Grandfather. This new West Coast classic is brewed with Citra, Centennial, Chinook, and Amarillo hops. We use a large addition of Citra Incognito to give this beer a resiny citrus pop! This beer boasts flavors of pine, orange marmalade, and lime.
HERMAN | DRAFT & TO-GO
HAZY IPA•7.0% ABV
Herman is the IPA we brew to celebrate Mat’s Papa. Pilsner malt lays the foundation for this beer while malted and flaked oats are added to give it a full and rounded mouthfeel. Citra, Strata, Centennial, and Amarillo hops are added for notes of pineapple, candied berries, and orange zest.

Blossom got a big update from last years version. This Springtime IPA is citrusy and floral with a stonefruit finish thanks to Amarillo, Simcoe, and Idaho 7 hops. We named this beer after our friend Dave’s silly pup.

NUT BROWN ALE•4.7% ABV
This classic English Nut Brown Ale is here to party. Notes of cocoa, caramel and subtle toffee waft out of the glass while that soft yet chewy body hold it all together. Raise one up for the starman.
COUSIN SHANNON | DRAFT & TO-GO
WEST COAST IPA•6.0% ABV
Named after our sweet delivery van, this IPA is loaded with Simcoe, Centennial, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops for a classic yet totally badass hop aroma of mango, resin, and mandarin oranges.

420 part two is loaded with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Enigma, Nelson, and Columbus Cryo hops. We did the Ghost Town method for dry hopping and it really packs a punch! Suped dank OG Kush and wild berry jam leap out of the glass while that classic resiny bitterness comes through in the finish.

The choicest Cascade, Comet, Centennial and Citra hops were meticulously layered over a bed of delicate pilsner and malted wheat for an extremely crushable Pale Ale. Notes of lemon lime, pineapple, cannabis and a hint of rose petals can be found in the beer.
FRANK | DRAFT & TO-GO
MEXICAN LAGER•5.2% ABV
Named after Mat's fun living tio, this beer reminds us of cruising to the beach in a stylish convertible. Frank has a blend of flaked corn, pilsner and Vienna malt that provides a cracker like flavor. Mittlefruh and Mandarina Bavaria hops balance the malt perfectly with notes of rosemary and orange peel.
GINA | DRAFT & TO-GO
KELLER PILSNER•5.2% ABV
First brewed for our 3rd anniversary, Gina was brewed with all German malts from Weyermann Malting and a generous helping of the American noble hop, Crystal. The gentle spice notes compliment the smooth mouthfeel and robust yet delicate malt flavor in this wonderful Pilsner.

Connor, one of our oldest pals, came up from the Bay area to brew this hella tight IPA with us. Using both our hand selected lots of Simcoe, Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic Cryo gives us one of our most aromatic beers to date. Blueberry juice, fruity pebbles, pineapple, and peach skins are abundant in this beer. California, Über alles!

Our first of two 420 beers focuses on dank hops like Krush, Columbus Cryo, Krush Cryo, Mosaic, and Chinook hops. Mangos skins, cannabis, peach, tangelo and a big whif of earthy resin can be found in this beer. August 8th was a beautiful day.
RANDALL | DRAFT & TO-GO
PALE ALE•5.6% ABV
Our new Pale Ale starts with a blend of American grown pale malts to give a little backbone to the body of the beer. Then we layered in Krush, Idaho 7 and Citra for bright notes of mango and lime upfront with a bit of pine and dank weed in the background.
